The Premier’s Physical Activity Council is challenging teams and individuals to climb the equivalent of Mt Everest.

Get together a team of up to 10 workmates and try to climb a combined total of 2212 floors or walk for 2212 minutes during the month of May.

There are two separate challenges:

Challenge 1: Stairs

Ditch the lift and take the stairs to climb 2212 floors. You could also climb a few floors on a step machine.

Challenge 2: Walk

Count the minutes you and your team spend walking on the way to work and during the working day. Try to reach a total of 2212 minutes.

You can enter as many teams as you like from your workplace. It’s a great way to have fun with your workmates and to be active in your everyday life.
